At Pure Sunshine Co., we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it better. Please read our policy below carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

Item is in its original packaging with all tags attached

Item was purchased directly from puresunshine.co or our official Shopify store

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Final sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Digital products or downloadable content

Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at puresunshine.co.sho@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions

Pack your item securely and include your order number inside the package

Ship the item to the return address provided by our team
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective item or our error.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at puresunshine.co.sho@gmail.com. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at puresunshine.co.sho@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days of approval, please check with your bank, then your credit card company. If you still haven't received it, contact us at puresunshine.co.sho@gmail.com and we will investigate.
