❓ What makes Pure Sunshine Co. different from other skincare brands?

We’re not here to sell you chemical-laden junk wrapped in fancy marketing. Pure Sunshine Co. products are handcrafted in small batches with raw, natural, and time-tested ingredients. No fillers. No toxins. No lies. Just what your skin actually needs.

❓ Are your products really all-natural?

Yes. Every ingredient we use can be traced back to nature, not a lab. We use things like grass-fed bison tallow, raw manuka honey, and organic oils. If we wouldn’t put it on our own family, it doesn’t go in a jar.

❓ Why do you use tallow?

Because your skin loves it. Grass-fed bison tallow is rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K — nutrients your skin craves but rarely gets from modern skincare. It absorbs deeply, nourishes, and heals without clogging pores. Our ancestors knew it. Big skincare wants you to forget it.

❓ Do you test on animals?

Nope. Only willing humans (ourselves, family, and friends). Every product is tested on real skin, not cages.

❓ How long will my product last?

Since we don’t use preservatives full of toxins, shelf life varies:

  • Balms & Tallow Products: ~12 months if kept cool & sealed.

  • Tooth Powder & Dry Goods: 12–18 months.

  • Oils & Serums: ~6–9 months.
    Store them away from direct sun for longest life (though we embrace the sun ☀️).

❓ Is this safe for sensitive skin?

Most customers with eczema, rashes, or sensitivity turn to us after conventional skincare fails them. Our formulas are designed to soothe, not inflame. That said, everyone’s different — so patch test first.

❓ Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. Every package is carefully wrapped and shipped from Arizona. We currently ship within the U.S., with international shipping coming soon.

❓ What if I don’t like it?

We get it — trusting your skin to something new can feel risky. If you’re not satisfied, reach out within 30 days. We’ll make it right.
